John Mayer will support the release of his forthcoming album, Battle Studies, with a tour of North America, which will kick off February 8, 2010, in Charleston, South Carolina.
Michael Franti & Spearhead have been announced as the special guest for the tour.
Fans who pre-order the new album will have the opportunity to purchase up to 12 tickets before they are available anywhere else. There will also be an American Express cardmember pre-sale window from November 16 through November 20. Tickets for a majority of the dates will be available to the general public starting November 21.
