When visiting his official site ‘kanyewest.com,’ you are greeted by the warning, “THIS WEBSITE CONTAINS EXPLICIT ADULT MATERIAL. YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION WHERE YOU RESIDE OR FROM WHICH YOU ACCESS THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE WEBSITE.”

Before clicking “enter,” please be sure that anyone under the age of 18 is safely out of the room because you are indeed about to see some of the most titillating adult material to come from a recording artist thus far. The images/photographs include masturbation (with adult toys), fellatio, bondage,  nudity and photos of female genitalia. Here’s what her lawyer had to say, “I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A. Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes today and appear in court tomorrow.”

Here’s what we have to say, “She’s an idiot.” We can exclusively tell you that the actress/singer/juvenile delinquent was recently shooting a spread for a magazine in New York and was said to be, “drinking up a storm,” source adds, “there were no drugs on set but she does like to drink.” Below is a video released last week of Lohan speaking on her court appearance looking like she just walked out of a bar.

Listen, Ms. Tisk Tisk is always up for a good ‘girl fight,’ but Christina Aguilera is just digging herself into a deeper hole. In the latest issue of Out Magazine when asked how she feels about Lady Gaga the singer says while chuckling, “Oh the newcomer? I think she is really fun to look at.” She did this too herself last year which is why she is being compared to Gaga. Little Gaga monsters and self-proclaimed husband Perez Hilton isn’t eating his words either, “(Christina) calls my wifey a “newcomer” (taking a dig) while saying she (GaGa) is also “fun” to look at. Seriously, bitch? Get over yourself,” he adds, “GaGa would happily be a newcomer over a tired old hasbeen! Yeah, I’m talking about YOU (Christina Aguilera). You ain’t no BritneySpears!.”

In all honesty, Aguilera doesn’t have to prove herself to the world of music and she’s been wearing the provocative tramp whore outfits for years but Ms. Tisk Tisk would love to be in the room when this cat fight sets a fire.

Update: Christina Aguilera replied to the Out Magazine interview via her official website saying, “Dear Fans, I would like to take a moment to clarify something that has been brought to my attention this morning. It is very easy for comments to be taken out of context and create unnecessary drama-especially between us women. So I would like to tell you all directly so my words can not be misconstrued to sell someone else’s story…I have absolutely nothing against Lady Gaga or any other female artist in this business. I think she is great, and I appreciate any woman fearless enough to go against the norm. She has earned her success with hard work and a clear focus and I have nothing but respect for that. There is room for all of us on everyone’s iPods. This is not the first time I have been unfairly pitted against another female artist but it will be the last time I comment on the matter. ‘Can’t hold us down’. With love, C/X”.

Girls all over the world are going to be torn up over this fiasco in teen land. Teen sensations, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez have parted. In a recent interview with Girl’s Life magazine, Ms. Lovato was asked about her friendship with Selena and she responded, “We’re both busy, and I wish the best for her. True friends don’t let their friends or family be mean to you. If you can’t trust somebody, you can’t be friends with them.”

The rumor twirling around these two is that Demi was jealous of Selena’s relationship with Twilight hottie Taylor Lautner. Demi said in one interview when asked how Selena was doing, “I don’t know, ask Taylor.” These two can learn a lot from Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. Demi goes on to gush over another former teen sensation, “Miley has been in the spotlight longer thatn I have, so I go to her. I can text her that I’m crying and stressed out, and she’ll reply back: ‘All right, here’s what you do.’ She’s the sweetest thing in the world.”

In a time where music artist have become more universal and radio/video stations demographics have become useless, Beyonce has managed to attract a huge following that could range from the ages of 2-85 but when these 7 year old girls in Pomona, California performed for the World of Dance competition concert goers and industry alike were appalled to say the least, “Apparently 7 yr old girls now think bootypopping in lingerie 2 Single Ladies is an accomplishment. Thx Beyonce,” while another wrote, “Let’s wait until they get a hold of Lady Gaga and Madonna. Artist have been performing for years and I have never seen anything like this,” Tracy Turrel, Pomona, California adds, “the parents should be ashamed of themselves.”

Industry insiders also place blame on the parents, “I think that this is unfortunate that an artist is being blamed for a role to be held by a parent,” he adds, (asked to remain anonymous) “Someone took them shopping to buy lingerie, someone choreograph these young girls into booty poppers and someone approved this performance.”

Is ‘Memoirs’ a flop? It would seem as if Mariah Carey and her team are already given up on the album. The Dream and Tricky have already announced that they are working on a remix album. “Things are crazy over at Def Jam,” says a UMG employee. “This album had many unnecessary push backs due to egos, in-fighting and label wars.”

Is this confirming that Jermaine Dupri records may have been forced off the record? One things is for sure Mariah only sold around 175,000 copies her first week and has already started sending out promos for the powerful new single, “H.A.T.E.U.” Here’s hoping JD will return to remix album at least. Sometimes we should learn to just stick to the formula.

In the latest artist upload on YOUTUBE, singer Brandy sings “Somewhere Over The Rainbow.” Ironically, Ashanti just released her own version of the single on iTunes after performing in the WIZ this past summer. Of course there is no comparison but we just thought we would bring it up. Look out for Brandy’s upcoming album on Interscope in 2010.

Mariah Carey’s new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel hits stores on Tuesday but not without the first “copyright infringement” claim.  Beloved track produced by hit makers, The-Dream and Tricky Stewart “Standing O,” sounds very close to a song released by Korean female group, 2NE1 titled, “In the Club.” You can hear a clip of both songs below.
