Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's hit "Despacito," with the likes of Justin Bieber, is now officially reigning as king of streaming.
Universal Music Latin Entertainment has announced that as of July 19th, with a combine global total of 4.6 billion streams, "Despacito" has become the most streamed track ever. The 4.6 billion now beats Justin Bieber's other hit "Sorry," which has a staggered 4.38 billion.
Jesús Lopez, chairman & CEO of Universal Music Latin America & Iberian Peninsula, stated:
