Beyonce Comes Out On Top in 'Lemonade' Lawsuit

After Matthew Fulks tried suing queen Beyonce this summer, the odds certainly weren't in his favor... As if he really thought...

The independent filmmaker claimed Lemonade copied nine elements of his short film Palinoia. Beyonce's (amazing) attorneys immediately refuted the argument, saying such elements -- such as "graffiti and persons with heads down," "parking garage," and "side-lit ominous figures" -- are "textbook examples of what does not constitute copyright infringement."

A New York federal judge dismissed the case effortlessly.
