The Ohio-based duo, Twenty One Pilots, have yet again released another artsy video for a song off of their 2015 release: Blurryface. This time it is the first song in the track listing, "Heavydirtysoul." The video takes the viewer on an unusual journey beginning with watching the two members lying around before a show. Josh Dun, the drummer, leaves by stepping over Tyler Joseph, the vocalist and the other multi-instrumentalist in the band, and goes to take the stage. Eventually Tyler gets up, tambourine in-hand, and walks in front of a giant crowd with the camera following him as the two break into song. This video really gives a glimpse of the craziness that is a Twenty One Pilots show including emotional antics, masks, crowd involvement, and dramatic lighting.
Twenty One Pilots have one of the brightest futures in music for sure in their ways of blending pop, indie, hip hop, alternative, and reggae all into one melting pot of artist expression. The band is currently touring New Zealand and will be hitting Australia immediately after. Then come summer time in the United States, they will travel the country with a tour entitled the "Emotional Roadshow." A lot of the dates are already sold out way in advance but I say check out the tour dates below and buy a ticket ASAP if you can. These guys will put on a show you will remember for the rest of your life.
