This has definitely been Kendrick's year. His powerful compilation has expressed a number of issues within the black community. With being one of the most innovative albums it also sends a strong message to listeners.

Beauty Behind The Madness by The Weeknd nominated Album of The Year.

The Weeknd continues to steal the hearts of R&B lovers. The back to back hits keep coming and there it's going to be an interesting battle between the artists for AOTY.

2014 Forest Hills Drive by J. Cole nominated Best Rap Album.

While other great artists are nominated for this category, J. Cole has been on a greater journey than just selling records. He looks to inspire fans and has recently released a live version of this album.

You Should Be Here by Kehlani nominated Best Urban Contemporary Album.

Kehlani is easily one of the next huge stars in the industry. Straight out of Oakland she brings the perfect balance between dope lyrics and beautiful vocals. Check out her latest track out, "Did I" its a banger.

Ego Death by The Internet nominated Best Urban Contemporary Album.

The Internet has stayed low-key but it's no surprise that their last album made it to the Grammys. Their upbeat one of a kind songs bring a fresh sound to Hip-Hop and R&B.
