Justin Bieber scores first No. 1 single on Hot 100

Justin Bieber scored his first career Billboard Hot 100 single this week after his track, "What Do You Mean?" debuted atop the chart, only the 23rd time in the 57-year history of the chart that a track has entered the chart as No. 1.

Bieber is also featured in the No. 10 spot on the chart this week as "Where Are U Now" by Skrillex and Diplo jumps from No. 13 to No. 10.

The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face" drops from the top spot to No. 2 and his track "The Hills" rises one spot to No. 3.

Silento's "Watch Me" falls one spot to No. 4, and OMI's "Cheerleader" drops from No. 2 to No. 5.

Major Lazer and DJ Snake's "Lean On" (featuring MO) falls from No. 5 to No. 6. Selena Gomez's "Good for You" (featuring A$AP Rocky) drops one spot to No. 7. Fetty Wap's "679" (featuring Remy Bozy) falls one position to No. 8, and R. City's "Locked Away" (featuring Adam Levine) takes one step down on the chart to No. 9.
