Miley Cyrus will host this year's MTV Video Music Awards, August 30, at 9:00 p.m. on MTV. Cyrus announced the news via a Tweet that contained a pair of photos. In the first, a person in a green bodysuit with an alien mask was wearing a sandwich sign that read, "MTV won't let me perform." In the second photo, the mask was removed to reveal Cyrus, tongue wagging, wearing a second sign that read, "So I'm hosting this year's VMAs."Both MTV and Cyrus representative confirmed the news to Billboard...
