Did we forget that acts release full length albums? Well some us actually went out and brought albums this year or bummed on our friends computer of download treats. Beyonce, Metro Nation, The Hold Steady, Vampire Weekend and even Solange offered a glimpse into 2009. It kills us not to talk about the bad so we decided to to keep it clean with the good.

Beyonce ruled the second half 2008 with "If I Were A Boy," and "Single Ladies," but let us not forget Lil' Wayne who offered, "Lollipop," Rihanna who continued to dance her way to the top with, "Disturbia," and Leona Lewis who sent "Bleeding Love," to number one. Chris Brown, Keri Hilson, Jordan Sparks, Colbie Caillat, Katy Perry all contributed to what we call 2008.
